Abstract:
This data set contains lithostratigraphic sections of Neogene–Quaternary sediments measured and described during fieldwork in support of the West-Central Alberta (WCAB) Regional Stratigraphic Project, NTS map sheets 83F and 83K. The section logs provide measurements (top and bottom elevations) and descriptions of lithological units exposed in the WCAB study area.
Purpose: To better understand the Neogene–Quaternary stratigraphy in NTS map sheets 83F and 83K.
